Primary bed bathroom and small walk-in overhaul from the 90's and beyond! Shower, floor, vanity, toilet with Toto seat, niche, etc. Ripped out wire closet system, walls, etc and replaced. Excellent work from start to finish. John presented a comprehensive plan for the project with upfront expenses and his team began work promptly and efficiently. Beautiful tile work in the walk-in shower (replacing the tile, tub) and navigated around a shower window including unforeseen water damage which was rapidly diagnosed and resolved to minimize delays. Also asked for additional removal of chair rails throughout the upstairs and entryway and fresh paint as well as to exterior as well as power washing. George, Victor, Rey and all on John's team went above and beyond, friendly, and respectful (closed up each evening cleaning up and communicating next steps, etc.) John managed the projects from start to finish and would check in and provide updates. John and his team really delivered on time and quality work with trust while collaborating and responding to minor challenges quickly all to an excellent finish.

John is the absolute best contractor! Look no further. I contracted John to completely gut renovate an investment property I purchased. I was not local and I did everything virtually and over the phone with him. I trusted him with a big project and he did not disappoint me in any way.
